Getting here by bus

Plan your route by car below, type your location next to the circle, it is reccomended you use your postcode to get the most accurate route plan. Currently it may show 'London' as the from location, please delete this and enter your location. This is just an example.

The nearest station to The University of Sussex is Falmer train station. It is easily accessible from Brighton. If traveling from elsewhere along the south coast or from more northern locations you may need to swap at Lewes which also runs frequent trains from there. If you are unsure about transport options by train we recommend you plan your route using Southern's website or The Trainline's website. Brighton and Lewes station both have disabled access, we advise wheelchair users to read information on Southern's website for Falmer before travel.

The 23, 25, 25X, 28 and 29 buses run between the centre of Brighton and the campus.

Some 5B (Hollingbury) and 50 (Hollingdean) buses also run to the campus. The 84 route starts at Whitehawk and terminates at Park Village on campus.

More detailed information on the bus routes that come onto or near campus are available here.

For further transport information please see The University Of Sussex's transport information pages.
